Sherlock is the fourth EP of South Korean boy group SHINee, the CD was released on March 21, 2012 in South Korea but the album was made available online worldwide on March 19, 2012 .
Background
The title song Sherlock a hybrid remix, has a unique and distinctive style, and is choreographed by Tony Testa.Especially, Honesty is special for its lyrics, written by Jonghyun, to give thanks to fans who have stayed by their side with unchanging love until now.The album also includes Clue and Note, which create Sherlock. The Reason, a song impressive for its splendid guitar solo and string session. For the track Alarm Clock, Minho participated in rap making and Jonghyun wrote the lyrics about a man’s wish to wake up from the nightmare of his past break-up moment.The album consists of a total of 7 songs in a variety of music colors, including Stranger, the main theme song for Strangers6, a Korea-China-Japan joint drama scheduled to be aired in Korea, with thrilling sound and melody composed by Kenzie[1] [2] The song was firstly released in Japanese, as a bonus track of their debut Japanese album The First.
