Brownis kali ini hadir dengan tampilan dan rasa yang mungkin belum pernah Anda coba sebelumnya. Lembut dan manisnya brownis dalam bentuk yang menggamaskan terasa lebih nikmat saat disantap dengan lembut dan dinginnya es krim kapucino buatan sendiri.


Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:

Bahan Cake:
100 gram mentega tawar suhu ruang
1/4 sendok teh garam
150 gram gula pasir halus
3 butir telur utuh
80 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
25 gram cokelat bubuk
1/4 sendok teh baking powder
75 gram dark cooking chocolate, lelehkan

Bahan Toping:
1 bungkus es krim bubuk instan, rasa kapucino
150 ml air es

Cara membuat:

1. Toping: kocok es krim bubuk instan dengan air es sampai mengembang. Bekukan dalam lemari es.
2. Cake: aduk mentega, garam, dan gula pasir sampai tercampur rata. Masukkan telur. Aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, dan baking powder sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
4. Masukkan dark cooking chocolate leleh. Aduk rata.
5. Tuang penuh ke dalam cetakan muffin pendek lebar yang dialas cup kertas emas.
6. Oven 25 menit dengan api bawah suhu 180 derajat Celcius sampai matang. Dinginkan.
7. Skupkan es krim di atas brownies. Segera sajikan.

ES KRIM TIGA RASA

Bahan makanan dalam kemasan ada kalanya memudahkan dan membuat praktis dalam pengolahan makanan yang kita inginkan. Contohnya seperti membuat es krim sendiri seperti ini. Yuk, coba membuat es krim sendiri di rumah agar si kecil tak jajan sembarangan.


Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
1 bungkus frozen yogurt (misal, pondan)
250 ml air es
2 sendok makan sirup rasa frambozen
50 gram stroberi, potong kotak kecil
3 sendok makan susu kental manis cokelat
50 gram chocolate chip kecil

Cara membuat:

1. Kocok frozen yogurt ice cream bubuk instan dan air es dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga kental.
2. Bagi menjadi 3 adonan. Satu adonan tambahkan sirup frambozen dan stroberi. Aduk rata. Satu adonan tambahkan susu kental manis cokelat dan chocolate chip. Aduk rata. Satu adonan biarkan putih.
3. Masukkan masing-masing adonan ke dalam plastik segitiga.
4. Tuang adonan sirup ke cetakan loli stick hingga 1/3 bagian. Tuang adonan susu diatasnya hingga 2/3 bagian. Tuang adonan putih diatas adonan susu hingga setinggi cetakan loli. Tusuk dengan tusukan loli. Bekukan di freezer selama minimal 6 jam.
